South Shore Collars LLC provides products we test and use on our own pets. Our collars are designed for durability and daily wear, however, they may not be suitable for pets who tend to pull hard on their leash as this can cause the collar to become weak. Safety is our number one concern and we ask you take extra care when deciding which collar would best fit your pet.
All products should be inspected regularly and replaced as needed. Pets should always be supervised when using our products. Customers who use our products acknowledge that South Shore Collars LLC shall not be liable or responsible to any person, pet or entity for loss or damages caused or alleged to have caused directly or indirectly by or from our products. In no event shall we be liable to you or any other party for incidental punitive or consequential damages. It sis the responsibility of the pet owner to comply with local safety standards with regard to caring for their pets, etc. The purchase of our products is an acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to our liability policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at southshorecollars@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
2. RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned /exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.
3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Final sale items, clearance items and customized items are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
4. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
5. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
